Clipped makes it easy to save and access your frequently used text, no matter what app you're in. With Clipped, you can easily save any text – from long website URLs to frequently used phrases – and access it whenever you need it from an alternative keyboard.

Setup

1. Download Clipped in the App Store.
2. Navigate to Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add New Keyboard > [Clipped] > Allow full access ✅
3. Open the app and create an account.

How It Works

1. Open the home page of the app.
2. Start adding new “clips” of text.
3. Go into any app that you can type in (like Notes) and tap the world 🌐 icon on your keyboard and viola you can start pasting your clips!

Use Cases

• You’re throwing a party on Partiful and people keep asking you for the link. Instead of going to the event page to copy the link, you can make a clip for it and always have it ready to be pasted.
• When ordering food or signing up for a new service, you can quickly paste your contact info from the Clipped keyboard instead of typing it out each time. Don’t we hate typing out our name, email, and phone number?
• Save and easily paste frequently used phrases, such as your email, website, or common responses to customer inquiries.
• If your website is long, instead of typing it out each time someone asks you for it, you can type it once and save it in the Clipped app. Just paste it from your keyboard whenever someone asks.
